- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff are professional and service is quite fast. I waited only one hour with 40 people in front of me. BUT NONE OF THEM SPEAK CLEAR FRENCH NOR ENGLISH. THEY ARE CLEARLY IMMIGRANTS WITH VERY HEAVY AND NEARLY INCOMPREHENSIBLE ACCENTS!! This is UNACCEPTABLE AND A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IMPEDIMENT TO COMMUNICATION! MISUNDERSTANDINGS CAN RESULT, LEADING TO THE CLIENT DOING THE WRONG THING, OR SIMPLY WASTING TIME ASKING THESE CONDESCENDING IDIOTS TO REPEAT THEMSELVES!
